As part of its development, we are looking for a management assistant who will work closely with the general management for a permanent position to join our company located in Houilles.
Remuneration : According to the profile
In this context, you mainly take charge of the following missions:
- Writing job descriptions.
- Administrative management: telephone and physical reception, mail …
- Organization of meetings, planning of employer’s activities and staff leave.
- Preparation and organization of meetings and other events (invitations, preparation of files, reservation and preparation of rooms).
- Preparation of accounting records.
- Bac + 2 in administration (BTS, DUT, DEUG)
- You have at least 2 years of experience in executive assistantship during which you have demonstrated your perfect mastery of office automation tools.
- You like versatility, you demonstrate rigor, confidentiality, have great flexibility, reactivity, know how to manage stress, these are essential qualities for your success in this position.
